What’s the scariest thing about this month’s premiers? Saying goodbye to some of our faves 😭😭😭Whether you are into Dramedies or Docuseries, there are plenty of binge worthy options this month! From the highly anticipated final season of Insecure on HBO to B.A.P.S hitting Netflix with more nostalgia than we can stand, there’s something for everyone to watch this October.

On My Block – Season 4 (Oct. 4th ) is back on Netflix this month with Season 4! The season starts with a leap in time to two years after the events of season 3, with tons of twists, turns, mystery, and heartache as our favorite crew navigates their final year in high school. 

 

Angeliena (2021) – This South African saga takes us on a journey of self-love and actualization following Angeliena in her travels around the world where she encounters life’s ups and downs.

B.A.P.S Netflix – Nisi (Halle Berry) and Mickey (the late Natalie Desselle- Reid) give us a double dose of laughter and nostalgia with this blast from the past. Black American Princesses – B.A.P.S tells the story of two friends with entrepreneurial dreams who take a unconventional route to Hollywood helping a millionaire along the way.  

Ella Fitzgerald: Just One of Those Things (2019) – Music documentary is out this month on Netflix, telling the fascinating story of “ The First Lady of Song.” If you are looking for entertainment and rich history, it’s a must see.  

All American on The CW–Season 4 premieres on October 25, 2021. Spencer and crew are back with all the high school drama from dating to combating social issues. Catch up on past seasons on Hulu and Netflix.  

One of Us is Lying– The Peacock original out this month takes the best-selling novel by Karen M. McManus to the small screen with a compelling story of high schoolers tasked with figuring out who has a deadly secret among them. 

Queens–This star powered series premieres on ABC October 19, 2021. Eve, Naturi Naughton, Nadine Velazquez and songstress Brandy bring the drama as a middle-aged women looking to relive their glory days of fame.
